Pricing lives on the type,

Set the seats, the power, the description, the deposit and the rate on the cart type, and every unit of that type inherits it. Change a rate once and the whole fleet follows, including the booking widget on your website.

Maintenance

A work order that actually
takes the cart off the board.

Service, repair, charge, cleaning, inspection and recall work orders, each with a cost and a status. Set one to block the calendar and the cart stops being sellable for that window, which is the part a paper log never manages.
