Reports

Find out what the fleet
actually earned.

Not a dashboard of numbers that look impressive. The five or six figures that decide whether you buy another six seater, chase an unpaid balance or change a rate.

The numbers

Pick a range,
read the answer.

Bookings taken, revenue collected, outstanding balance and fleet utilisation for whatever period you choose. Underneath, revenue over time as a line, revenue share by cart type as a ring, and outstanding by cart type as bars.

  • Any date range, applied across every figure on the page
  • Revenue collected and refunded shown together
  • Fleet utilisation as a percentage of available cart time
  • CSV export for anything your accountant asks for

By cart

Which units earn,
and which ones sit.

Busiest carts and revenue share by type answer the only two questions that matter when it is time to spend money on the fleet: what should you buy more of, and what should you sell.

  • Busiest carts ranked over the period
  • Revenue share by cart type
  • Outstanding balance broken out by type
  • Maintenance cost included, so utilisation is honest
