Because a quote that fits a twelve cart resort would mislead a sixty cart operator in both directions. We would rather send you a real number for your fleet than publish one that is wrong for most people who read it.
No. Payments run through your own merchant account on your own processor agreement. What your guests pay goes to your bank, not through us.
Setup is quoted with the account. It covers loading your fleet, your cart types and your rates, and connecting the booking widget to your website if you want that.
Adding a cart inside your fleet band costs nothing. If you grow past your band we will talk about it then, not automatically bill you for it.
Yes. Reports export to CSV, and if you ever leave we will provide a full export of your bookings, customers and payments.
No, but you will need one to take cards. The system charges through PayArc and we can point you at getting an account set up.
