This policy covers this website and the Golf Cart Rental Pro service, both provided by RV Business Tech.
Information from this website
If you request a demo we collect your name, company, email, phone and whatever you write in the message, so that we can reply to you. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
The site does not run advertising trackers or third party analytics scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We set one session cookie on the demo request page, used to protect the form against automated abuse. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Information inside the service
When you run Golf Cart Rental Pro, you decide what guest information goes into it, typically names, contact details, booking history, payment records and any documents you choose to collect. For that information you are the controller and we are the processor: we hold and process it to provide the service to you, on your instructions.
Card numbers are not stored on our servers. Card data is handled by the payment processor, and the system keeps only a token, the card brand and the last four digits so your staff can recognise a card.
Who else sees it
We share information only with the suppliers needed to run the service, which are our hosting provider, our payment processor and our email delivery provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Service data is kept for as long as your account is open, and for a limited period after it closes so that you can export it.
Security
The service runs over encrypted connections, access is controlled by role, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If your request concerns guest data held inside a customer’s account, we will direct you to that customer, since the data is theirs.
