A booking wizard drops into the website you already have. Guests pick a cart, choose their hours, see an honest price, accept your rental agreement and pay by card. The booking is on your calendar before they close the tab.

A guest can sit on the payment step for ten minutes while somebody else books the same cart. The system rechecks availability when Pay Now is pressed and declines rather than overselling, and the confirmation email only goes out once the payment has actually succeeded.

Publish a rental agreement or waiver to the booking flow and require acceptance before payment. The acceptance is recorded against the booking with a timestamp, so there is a record if it is ever needed.
